- Step 2: Upon clicking the link mentioned in step one, you will be directed to the Stellenbosch University Online Application System form. Fill in all the required information. If this is your first time applying, you will need to register beforehand. First-time applicants are individuals who have not previously utilized the online application system and do not possess accounts. During registration, you will be asked to provide your name, email, password, the program you wish to apply for, and your qualification mode.
- Step 3: Upload the necessary supporting documents. All applicants pursuing a new qualification must submit these documents. It is crucial to scan your documents and upload them before commencing the application process, as the university does not offer scanners or electronic devices.
- Step 4: Once you receive a student number from Stellenbosch University, proceed to pay the application fee. Utilize the provided student number and application fee reference number for this purpose. Please note that your application will only be accepted and processed once the fee has been paid. Kindly remember that this fee is non-refundable.

Stellenbosch University Application Fees
Stellenbosch University application fees differ based on the applicant’s status. Native applicants, whether submitting online or via paper, are required to pay a registration fee of R100. However, international and University Business School applicants are not subject to this fee.
